Relationship Manager II

Location: In Office at 11300 West Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles, California, US 90064

Salary: $71,869–$114,797 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Acquire new small business and personal client relationships and deepen existing portfolios through cross-selling.
• Provide financial advice based on client needs, financial statements, deposits, investments, and credit requirements.
• Develop and execute business development plans through networking, community involvement, and professional relationships.
• Deliver consistent client service, resolve escalations, and connect clients with appropriate internal banking partners.
• Manage lending decisions, operational requirements, and regulatory risk within delegated authorities and bank policies.
• Represent the bank professionally with clients, colleagues, civic organizations, and business communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of direct sales experience and 5 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Must work in the Los Angeles office; reporting to a designated City National location is an essential function unless otherwise indicated as fully remote.
• Must be in good standing under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and be registered or able to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
• Strong knowledge of personal and business banking products, financial statements, negotiation, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance including CIP and KYC.
