Location: Englishtown, New Jersey, United States; branch-based role requiring work during branch hours, including possible weekends and evenings

Salary: $60,000–$102,500 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead overall branch performance, sales activities, revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies and manage prospect and customer pipelines.
• Build customer relationships through consultative conversations and tailored financial solutions.
• Coach, develop, hire, retain, and motivate branch colleagues while managing schedules and performance expectations.
• Analyze performance data and use digital platforms to improve operational efficiency and customer interactions.
• Manage escalated customer issues, risk, compliance, loss prevention, and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of successful retail bank sales management or related banking operations experience, or 5 years of retail sales management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment.
• Leadership, coaching, customer service, relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of company policies, compliance regulations, risk management, and loss prevention; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience as a branch manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
