What you will do

• Create seamless customer experiences and maintain a welcoming financial center environment.
• Identify customer financial goals through purposeful questions and active listening.
• Guide customers through account selection and opening, transactions, and product recommendations.
• Manage and grow relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up, community involvement, referrals, and networking.
• Connect customers with Mortgage, Business Banking, Wealth, and other specialized partners.
• Follow operational, risk management, policy, and regulatory requirements while supporting financial center operations.

Requirements

• People-focused approach with strong, clear communication skills and curiosity.
• Ability to lead financial conversations and align customer needs with suitable solutions.
• Detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to use Microsoft Office and department software.
• Ability to work as part of a team and with onsite equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
