VP, Network Strategy and Management Solutions (Healthcare)

Salary: $171,900–$326,900 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategy development and execution for the ICHRA product across current and future markets.
• Build and expand provider networks with dedicated rates for employees and external members.
• Lead negotiations with hospitals, physicians, ancillary providers, and community health centers.
• Develop network strategies, value-based contracting models, and provider performance initiatives.
• Manage provider advisory boards, committees, governance activities, and provider leadership relationships.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, network costs, provider contracts, and opportunities to optimize network composition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare administration, network development, or provider/payer contracting within healthcare or managed care.
• Experience with provider network strategy, contract negotiations, network development staff leadership, unit cost management, and network strategy budgeting.
• Previous management experience, including hiring, training, work assignment, and staff performance management.
• MBA is preferred.
