Market President, Enterprise Performance (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States; Workplace: Hybrid. Travel up to 50–75% of the time may be required.

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for one or more markets covering a state or group of states.
• Set and achieve annual savings and quality targets for ACO contracts and practices.
• Develop relationships with payers, physician practices, health systems, specialists, state entities, and other regional partners.
• Provide operational direction to Market Managers, Practice Transformation Specialists, and Directors.
• Manage ACO profit and loss, interface with centralized support teams, and lead local or multi-state ACO boards.
• Support direct-report development and succession planning while contributing to company-wide initiatives and OKRs.

Requirements

• 12+ years of related, client-facing project leadership experience in healthcare or a related industry.
• 8+ years of management experience with a record of leadership success.
• 5+ years of value-based care experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate with senior management.
• Ability to travel up to 50–75% of the time as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or another advanced degree in health services research, health policy, healthcare administration, mathematics, statistics, information technology, or a related field.
