TL;DR

Focus on guiding a 15+ person finance organization, modeling commercial scenarios, managing enterprise transformation programs, and influencing senior stakeholders across global franchises.

Location: Irvine, California, United States of America; based in Irvine, CA

Salary: $178,000–$307,050 annual base pay, plus eligibility for performance bonus and long-term incentive programs.

What you will do

  • Lead financial strategy and commercial finance support for US/Canada Electrophysiology and Global Neurovascular.
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, monthly and quarterly reporting, scenario analysis, and executive performance presentations.
  • Support commercial planning across demand planning, new product launches, pricing, incentives, commissions, and commercial pathways.
  • Partner with commercial, R&D, IT, supply chain, global franchise, and regional finance leaders to shape strategy and prioritize investments.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and support enterprise transformation programs including SIGNIFI/CFIN, TransACT, and TranSCend.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including commercial finance, FP&A, and business partnering in MedTech or healthcare.
  • At least 5 years of people management and team leadership experience.
  • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, executive presentations, and senior-level stakeholder influence.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI; familiarity with SAP, Anaplan, TM1, or similar planning and reporting tools is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required, up to 10%.

Nice to have

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or another advanced finance certification.
  • Experience in related MedTech businesses or other healthcare areas.
