Production Scheduling Analyst II

Location: Onsite at 14460 Varsity Brands Way, Farmers Branch, TX 75244. Work hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Maintain plant, item, and production-order data to support accurate scheduling.
• Process and communicate order transfers, changes, and scheduling updates across factories.
• Review order components, including braid and lettering, and resolve scheduling issues.
• Monitor factory load, identify capacity constraints and conflicts, and follow up on delayed orders.
• Provide production-order status updates and support plant, style pay-rate, billing, and departmental projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Three or more years of administrative support, production scheduling, order management, or related operations experience.
• Experience with production order management systems required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLM, AS400, or SAP.
• Associate degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
