Lead Sales (Full-Time)

Location: Chicago, Illinois — in-store role at 835 N Michigan Ave

What you will do

• Support the retail sales manager with merchandise management, business analysis, and staff development.
• Lead daily department operations, including floor presentation, stock monitoring, scheduling, and delegation.
• Coach and motivate staff to improve skills, workflow, and sales performance.
• Deliver engaging customer service and maintain an excellent guest experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty by overseeing the sales floor and resolving customer service concerns.

Requirements

• Strong customer service background; lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a broad and diverse workforce.
• Warm, friendly demeanor and enjoyment of working with children.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
