What you will do

• Help customers find vehicles that match their needs using hirify.global inventory knowledge.
• Guide customers through appraisals, test drives, financing applications, and purchase transactions.
• Build customer relationships through active listening and clear, honest communication.
• Complete accurate transaction documentation and maintain a smooth purchasing process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer needs and store goals.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements while maintaining an orderly work area.

Requirements

• Strong listening and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using technology to process transactions and access inventory information.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Commitment to integrity and transparency in customer interactions.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred; prior automotive sales experience is not required.
