Part-Time Sales Representative

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. Workplace: On-site

Pay: $17.50 per hour starting rate plus uncapped commissions.

What you will do

• Represent the brand at home shows, retail locations, and community expos.
• Engage potential customers, start conversations, and generate qualified leads.
• Help set up and operate events in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve goals and drive results.
• Track performance and apply learned sales techniques in customer interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing, energetic attitude.
• Reliability, persistence, coachability, and a strong work ethic.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and handling rejection.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
