H&M Department Manager - SoNo Collection

Location: 100 N Water St, Norwalk, CT 06854, USA; onsite store role.

Salary: $26.60–$30.59 per hour; non-exempt, hourly.

What you will do

• Lead department operations and deliver an excellent customer, visual, commercial, and omnichannel experience.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, identify opportunities, and create plans to improve results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, coach, and develop store colleagues.
• Coordinate with the Visual Merchandiser team on product presentation, fashion standards, and commercial execution.
• Manage stock levels, garment flow, fitting room routines, checkout processes, Click & Collect, and other in-store services.
• Maintain clean and safe sales floors, stockrooms, back-of-house areas, price signage, legal routines, and opening and closing procedures.
