Administrator, Global Credit Technology Application Support

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 base salary per year, plus potential annual discretionary incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on day-to-day support for business users and financial applications.
• Resolve incidents within SLA timeframes, troubleshoot issues, and identify and remediate root causes.
• Monitor jobs, machine resources, application performance, and production environments.
• Maintain application, server, and environment configurations while enforcing data, security, integration, and operational standards.
• Identify recurring production issues and implement automations, validations, and health checks.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, fund administrators, and engineering teams during system transitions and upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; computing or quantitative studies preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant IT experience in customer service, helpdesk, or application support.
• Experience with end-user support, application administration, databases, application servers, public cloud technologies, and financial business applications.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with order management systems such as Sentry or Everest.
• Experience with Agile development environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience, especially credit and private equity.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Team Foundation Server, ServiceNow, SDLC, Microsoft Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Knowledge of fund and portfolio management, alternative asset fundraising, accounting practices, and legal entity or partnership concepts.
• Experience supporting international user communities and working with multiple vendors.
