Manager II, Operations Management (M2) Nights - MDP Build (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; onsite operations role

Salary: $68,000–$93,500 per year

What you will do

• Supervise production and operations employees involved in assembly, inspection, testing, and manufacturing of capital equipment and related components.
• Prioritize production schedules based on staffing, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Track operational performance metrics, conduct milestone meetings, and improve cycle time and other production results.
• Resolve operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Plan capacity optimization and implement processes that collect and report manufacturing performance data.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, corrective action, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Understanding of operational procedures and concepts within the relevant job family.
• Formal supervisory experience, including setting priorities and coaching employees to meet daily deadlines.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems using sound judgment.
• Experience developing employees, managing performance, and supporting hiring, rewards, and disciplinary processes.
• Must work from the Austin, Texas location; relocation eligibility is not available.
• Availability for travel up to 10% of the time.
