Associate Customer Sales Manager (UNFI)

Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States

Base salary: $89,800–$112,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze raw and syndicated data across distribution, assortment, pricing, and promotion metrics.
• Translate sales and P&L data into business insights and recommendations.
• Develop reports, tracking tools, and presentations for customer business teams.
• Support selling priorities, forecasts, annual business planning, and opportunity identification.
• Track and supervise budgets across multiple business segments.
• Manage one retailer headquarters call for UNFI's Central Region, covering distribution, innovation, and merchandising priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an analytical support role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in Minneapolis, MN.
