Senior Associate Customer Planning

Location: Fully remote, with preference for the Dallas-Fort Worth area; candidates may be located within the South geography of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Louisiana. Minimal travel required, at 5% or less.

Salary: $66,600–$86,600 per year

What you will do

• Update everyday and promotional pricing in internal BBU and external retailer systems.
• Review and upload customer pricing to the Central Pricing Database and maintain accurate customer-specific trade calendars.
• Own regional market list pricing, including item, retail, and cost accuracy.
• Create annual trade plans and maintain customer forecasts using the o9 Planning Solution Tool.
• Use o9, Margin Miner, QLIK, and Circana syndicated data to assess customer performance and conduct pre- and post-promotion analysis.
• Collaborate with customer leads, executives, and peers to align pricing, trade plans, forecasts, and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role such as finance, revenue growth management, price management, trade planning, customer accounts, or sales management.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, sales management, or a related field preferred; equivalent education, training, and experience may substitute.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate across functions.
• Must be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area or within the South geography of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Louisiana; travel of 5% or less is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with price management systems, Margin Miner, o9 Solutions, or other trade planning management tools.
• Knowledge of Circana or other syndicated data and the ability to analyze data and trends.
