Account Manager, Fresh Account Manager, Fresh Life (Specialty Cheese)

Location: Arlington, Texas; onsite customer-facing role

Salary: $79,300–$116,270 per year

What you will do

• Design and execute sales and marketing programs for specialty cheese within a retail account.
• Increase sales through analytical, fact-based selling and creative promotional plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up consistently to support profitable growth.
• Build relationships with vendors, sales representatives, and retail account personnel.
• Coordinate communications across vendors and internal departments.
• Monitor competitor activity, credits, and account receivables while supporting sales and operations.

Requirements

• Specialty cheese, deli, or meat experience required.
• At least five years of experience selling grocery products to chain accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred; equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and legacy enterprise software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends, and travel up to 25%.
