Marketing Intern

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; in-office collaboration at least four days per week with up to one day working from home

Base salary: $27/hour

What you will do

• Support consumer marketing, customer insights, and market segmentation initiatives.
• Contribute to social media marketing and client acquisition activities.
• Assist with advisor marketing support programs and communications.
• Support marketing strategy and analytics projects.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues and gain exposure to marketing initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Current junior at a four-year university, pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Expected graduation in December 2027 or May/June 2028.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and their use in marketing initiatives.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
