Sr Operations Specialist (Marketing)

Location: Hybrid position in Plano, Texas; candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus and work onsite several times per week.

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies for one or more marketing initiatives.
• Resolve complex operational and project matters and recommend solutions.
• Provide specialist-level analysis across marketing disciplines, including database marketing.
• Recommend project budgets and forecast anticipated spending.
• Coach colleagues in less-senior positions.
• Support quality initiatives, process improvements, cost reduction, waste reduction, and profitability optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, finance, computer science, or a related business discipline.
• At least three years of experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading moderately complex initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, project management, and information analysis.
• Moderately advanced organizational, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, customer-service, and collaboration skills; ability to travel as required.
