Senior Field Marketing Specialist

What you will do

• Coordinate the development, review, approval, and timely delivery of direct response campaign assets.
• Work with internal and external data analysts to collect campaign data and prepare monthly KPI reports.
• Create project and campaign templates for campaign deployment and post-campaign performance.
• Manage workflows between vendors and internal partners to support on-time campaign launches.
• Track expenses and support budget compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating campaign deployment for direct response marketing tactics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage complex campaign and project matrices, with strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, or Ambassador.
