What you will do
- Provide logistics support analysis and serve as a subject matter expert in Integrated Product Support for Patriot PAC-3 MSE and Future Interceptor weapon systems.
- Analyze field surveillance data and prepare findings, recommendations, and technical reports.
- Evaluate IPS elements and develop milestone documentation, fielding plans, logistics demonstration plans, reports, and BOIP/MARC materials.
- Research availability and support procurement, delivery, and acquisition planning for government-furnished equipment and other support equipment.
- Coordinate with government program offices, engineering teams, logistics stakeholders, agencies, and industry partners on planning, fielding, sustainment, and modernization.
- Identify logistics solutions and help prevent impacts to program cost, schedule, performance, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance required.
- Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of relevant experience, Associate’s degree with 17 years, or high school diploma with 19 years.
- Experience supporting air and missile defense programs, interceptor development, or related defense systems engineering activities.
- Understanding of logistics Integrated Product Support elements under AR 700-127.
- Ability to produce accurate, current, and compliant technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Military service background with hands-on PATRIOT system experience.
- Familiarity with IAMD, THAAD, Aegis, or other integrated air defense networks.
- Certification in systems engineering, project management, lifecycle logistics, contracting, or a related defense technical field.
- Experience with interceptor modernization, requirements development, system integration, flight testing, or coordination with government program offices and prime contractors.
