Inside Sales Rep

Location: Manchester, Iowa, United States; onsite

Salary: $17.36–$22.55 per hour

What you will do

• Generate new and repeat sales through inbound and outbound calls to assigned customers and territories.
• Provide customer service, answer questions, solve problems, and support customer relationships.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer requirements, using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Process orders, quotes, returns, pricing, terms, and customer records accurately.
• Monitor shipments, run sales reports, and document customer interactions and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal business functions, customers, and manufacturing partners.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Exceptional customer service, organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to sit or stand for most of the workday and occasionally lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to travel minimally, approximately 10%, for regional sales ride-alongs or training.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Inside sales experience and a record of exceeding sales goals.
• Proficiency in SAP.
