Superintendent (CIPP)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; field travel to various project sites may be required

Salary: $112,000–$154,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day field operations for CIPP rehabilitation projects.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and project resources.
• Develop daily and short-term work plans and monitor progress against project milestones.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract requirements for accurate field execution.
• Lead safety meetings, hazard assessments, toolbox talks, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, production tracking, daily reports, and field records while mentoring field personnel.

Requirements

• Technical trade certification, construction-related education, or equivalent field experience.
• 8+ years of construction experience with progressive supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of construction methods, field execution, safety management systems, and quality standards.
• Experience supervising multiple crews, subcontractors, and heavy equipment in active construction environments.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.
• Valid driver’s licence, acceptable driving record, strong communication skills, and ability to work in field conditions.

Nice to have

• Experience in CIPP or trenchless rehabilitation technologies.
• Experience with project reporting systems and construction management software.
