Product Manager II (Fintech)

Location: In-office Monday-Friday in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Chicago, Wilmington, Cleveland, or New York, United States

Salary: $75,000–$125,000 annually, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Manage centralized repositories for customer communications, creative assets, and templates across Retail Lending.
• Develop and improve process documentation, playbooks, operating guidelines, and communication standards.
• Support governance for customer engagement and communication programs.
• Coordinate customer research and competitive intelligence to identify needs, behaviors, pain points, and market dynamics.
• Lead or support product selection, design, development, promotion, rollout, pricing, and performance monitoring.
• Work with sales, marketing, digital channels, operations, risk, compliance, and audit partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Strong organizational, project management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-first and process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and proficiency with project management tools.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
