Location: New York, United States
Expected annual base salary: $110,000–$170,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Define, structure, and deliver strategic technology initiatives across Investor Technology.
- Partner with investment professionals, developers, and stakeholders to document requests across CRM, reporting, data, and workflow systems.
- Define MVPs, prioritize backlogs, and manage delivery timelines.
- Lead product and data strategy for sales tracking, client engagement, and business analytics.
- Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Maintain critical data tables and improve reporting, governance, automation, and data flows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, financial services, project management, and/or business analytics preferred.
- Experience researching user needs, documenting requirements, and creating user flows or personas.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with AI tools such as Copilot or Claude Code, data visualization and BI tools such as Sigma, CRM systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Snowflake.
