What you will do

• Perform precision assembly on complex production and repair actuators.
• Adjust and align components using shimming and mechanical adjustments per blueprints and specifications.
• Utilize dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers to ensure assembly-build requirements.
• Conduct various test operations on mechanical or hydraulic actuators using electronic and hydraulic test equipment.
• Diagnose common test failures and perform necessary rework to correct discrepancies.
• Order parts and maintain proper documentation of work performed on data sheets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of assembly experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electromechanical systems.
• Experience in the aerospace industry and the ability to read blueprints.
• Must meet FAA's drug and alcohol testing program requirements (Safety Sensitive position).
• Possess or be able to obtain Security Clearance.
• Proficiency with precision measuring equipment and basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
