Sr Facilities Specialist (Building Services)

Location: Kulim, Malaysia; on-site with no remote work available

What you will do

• Plan and execute maintenance activities for buildings, fire protection systems, gas supply systems, and elevators.
• Plan and execute facilities improvement projects at the Kulim site.
• Support energy-saving and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide support for FEE mechanical systems during abnormal events and system issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders within and across departments to support organizational objectives.
• Maintain compliance with the Environmental Quality Act, the Safety Management System, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Requirements

• Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant facilities experience, or a bachelor's degree in civil and structural, electrical, mechanical, or related engineering with at least 2 years of relevant facilities experience.
• Experience with building services, fire protection systems, gas supply systems, and elevator or lift systems.
• Knowledge of FEE mechanical systems and facilities maintenance practices.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CePIESTO (PCP) competency certification.
• CePBFO competency certification.
