Senior Facilities Engineer

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical distribution, M&E, HVAC, cooling, compressed air, lighting, water, drainage, and other critical facility systems.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs supporting uninterrupted 24-hour facility operations.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers, ensuring work quality, permit-to-work compliance, electrical safety, and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor energy consumption, power quality, utility performance, and solar PV generation while implementing energy-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate facility upgrades, expansions, renovations, testing, commissioning, handover, and technical documentation.
• Prepare performance reports, maintain maintenance records, support audits, and close corrective actions.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum Chargeman AO certification.
• More than 10 years of facilities experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting, schematic-reading, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of M&E, electrical, HVAC, building systems, and preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of statutory, safety, and environmental requirements, plus contractor coordination and project management skills.
