Location: Addison, Illinois, USA; campus-based role with classroom, clinical, lab, and simulation teaching, including flexible evening and weekend classes

What you will do

• Deliver nursing instruction across classroom, clinical, laboratory, and simulation environments using technology and evidence-based methods.
• Create inclusive, student-centered learning experiences, identify student needs, and provide coaching, feedback, and remediation.
• Evaluate student performance and support safe, ethical, and professional clinical practice readiness.
• Contribute to curriculum development, course materials, program evaluation, committees, and graduation activities.
• Collaborate with faculty, clinical partners, and extended service teams in a matrixed environment.
• Engage in scholarship, research, knowledge dissemination, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience required; mental health experience is preferred for the assignment.
• Active, unencumbered licensure or certification as required, with current clinical and regulatory credentials.
• Meet state-specific teaching, clinical setting, licensure, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience creating engaging learning environments, with strong communication, judgment, collaboration, conflict management, and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, simulation tools, and online learning technologies; AI familiarity is preferred.
