What you will do

  • Develop onboarding classes, clinical curricula, and simulation lab scenarios for new hires and staff clinicians.
  • Provide educational leadership on specialized patient care, clinical protocols, competency, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with medical providers, patient care staff, home health management, preceptors, and branch leadership.
  • Educate staff on equipment, supplies, instruments, patient care procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate classroom and simulation training effectiveness, identify additional development needs, and track program outcomes.
  • Mentor preceptors, support clinical process improvement, and contribute to practice and program changes.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a healthcare-related field from an accredited or approved school; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least five years of related experience in home health or a similar setting.
  • Current CPR certification and a valid clinical license in the state of practice.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
  • Advanced clinical skills, knowledge of clinical protocols, preceptorship models, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, curriculum development, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
