Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant (Property Management)

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour plus competitive commissions

What you will do

• Follow the leasing sales process, respond to active prospects, schedule and conduct community tours, and sell apartment features and value.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and maximize commission opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Provide leasing support to communities across the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts and follow Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

• At least one year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• Demonstrated success setting and achieving goals and following a sales process.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule with availability during office hours, including weekends and seasonal variations.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
