Leasing Agent

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States

Salary: $21.09–$25.30 per hour, plus eligibility for monthly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospective residents.
• Present housing options, understand resident needs, and encourage applications.
• Negotiate lease terms and explain leases and related documents to new tenants.
• Perform leasing activities in compliance with applicable laws to maximize occupancy.
• Collaborate with underwriting and leasing teams throughout the application and leasing journey.
• Maintain current knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of related sales or customer-facing sales experience.
• Valid state real estate license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekends required.
