Leasing Supervisor (Real Estate)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States

Salary: $55,650 annually, plus eligibility for monthly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Oversee daily activities, assignments, priorities, and customer response times for the leasing team.
• Assist with sales and application calls and emails when needed.
• Support escalated approval and customer issues while coordinating with field operations, property management, underwriting, and lease writing.
• Monitor performance metrics including conversion ratios, lead-to-lease speed, lease volume, call times, available times, and quality assurance results.
• Coach specialists, provide training, review schedules and work hours, and onboard new hires.
• Support special projects, outbound campaigns, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a related field, including leadership experience.
• At least two years of supervisory experience; call center management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication, planning, analysis, organization, leadership, employee development, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• A bachelor's degree and real estate license are preferred.
