HR Ethics & Compliance Officer

Salary: $85,000–$115,000 annual pay

What you will do

• Maintain the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct as the internal control point.
• Advise business segments on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Monitor operational processes and conduct compliance risk assessments.
• Develop ethics statements, policies, forms, and acknowledgements with Legal oversight.
• Support ethics and compliance training across cross-functional teams.
• Lead annual corporate governance audits, present findings to senior leaderhirify.globalp, and manage confidential complaint procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR role.
• Intermediate understanding of HR laws, corporate governance, and compliance requirements.
• Intermediate experience with strategic HR planning, HR program implementation, and HR analytics.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and uphold high ethical standards.

Nice to have

• SHRM certification, or willingness to obtain it within two years of employment.
