Employee Relations Partner (Workplace Investigations)

Salary: $91,700–$170,100 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead and support thorough, impartial, confidential investigations into potential violations of company policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Manage high-volume investigation cases, analyze evidence and data, recommend remediation, and maintain accurate case-management documentation.
• Advise HR partners and business leaders on complex employee relations matters, policy interpretation, employment-law compliance, performance management, conflict resolution, ADA processes, and policy enforcement.
• Analyze investigation trends and recommend policy, process, training, and operational improvements.
• Lead employee-relations projects and collaborate with HR teams, Compliance, legal counsel, centers of excellence, and business leaders.
• Respond to sensitive internal and external concerns with professionalism, empathy, discretion, and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Human Resources experience, including 4 years in Employee Relations and at least 3 years conducting workplace investigations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience handling complex complaints, conflict resolution, high-risk employee relations matters, and high-volume investigations in a center-of-excellence environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance at the local, state, and federal levels in the Americas.
• Experience with investigation or HR case-management systems, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, communication, organization, problem-solving, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
