Treasury Professionals (Fintech)

Location: Istanbul / Maslak, Turkey; hybrid workplace

A technology-driven commerce and payments organization building secure digital payment infrastructure and financial products for customers and sellers.

What you will do

• Manage daily treasury operations, bank transfers, reconciliations, and cash inflows and outflows.
• Execute supplier, tax, and employee payments accurately and on time.
• Manage merchant settlement processes and optimize bank commission structures.
• Collaborate with technology teams on POS installations, bank integrations, data tracking, and reporting automation.
• Analyze funding, settlement, and interchange costs and negotiate funding terms with banks to support merchant pricing strategies.
• Prepare financial and operational reports and participate in financial closing and digital payment deployment projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Turkish POS ecosystem, funding costs, interchange fees, and settlement processes.
• Experience or knowledge in financial reporting, data analysis, and financial markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, adaptability, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology or payment companies, bank payment systems, digital platforms, or operations.
• Knowledge of SAP.
