Treasury Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Oversee daily and monthly global cash flow, short-term forecasts, liquidity monitoring, and bank balance reconciliations.
• Execute operational payments while following authorization workflows, internal controls, and international banking regulations.
• Monitor banking cut-off times and execute merchant settlements across global banking platforms.
• Analyze cash balances, FX exposure, funding needs, and settlement cycles to mitigate operational risk.
• Prepare cash position reports, settlement analyses, and audit-ready documentation for monthly closing.
• Improve treasury operations by implementing automated workflows and scalable processes in collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Payments, and Compliance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, financial analysis, or payment operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills for liquidity forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems and electronic banking platforms.
• Advanced-intermediate to fluent English communication skills for written and verbal global collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth fintech, merchant acquiring, or cross-border payments.
• Familiarity with LATAM settlement rails, multi-currency payouts, and FX hedging strategies.
