Senior Treasury Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage cash flow, liquidity forecasting, safeguarding monitoring, and account disposition.
• Set up scalable, regulatory-compliant bank account structures and treasury processes for a licensed payments business.
• Manage payment transactions, bank accounts, and communication with banking partners in collaboration with Group Treasury.
• Implement and expand foreign exchange management control logic.
• Improve treasury policies, processes, reporting, and infrastructure.
• Optimize the treasury management system and bank accounting while contributing to cross-functional pricing and financing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or an equivalent field focused on finance and/or banking.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, treasury, and/or corporate banking.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Knowledge of a BaFin-regulated business environment.
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style.
• The position is limited until 31 December 2027.

Nice to have

• Experience with treasury management systems such as Coupa TM5.
