Senior Controller (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and review monthly, quarterly, and annual group closing processes.
• Manage financial consolidation and review reporting packages from subsidiaries and regional finance teams.
• Review working papers, accruals, account reconciliations, journal entries, and analytical procedures.
• Analyze consolidated financial results, identify unusual trends, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across entities and jurisdictions.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures, and support audits and interim reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Big Four firm or a global fintech company.
• Experience in the finance department of a high-tech company.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and accounting and financial processes, including budgeting, closing, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• BSc or BA in accounting; CPA qualification indicated.
