Director, TA Operations & Enablement (AI)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States

Base salary: $150,000–$300,000 USD annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Architect and implement structured assessment frameworks that standardize candidate evaluation, reduce bias, and improve hiring quality.
• Partner with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and stakeholders across recruiting, hiring management, Technology, Legal, Finance, and HR.
• Develop SOPs, conduct data audits, and establish process governance for consistent global TA operations.
• Modernize the recruiting technology stack through Greenhouse optimization, hirify.global-built automation, reporting, and system integration troubleshooting.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing TA operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 12+ years of progressive product or operations leadership experience in enterprise environments, including at least 5 years in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing and optimizing structured assessment platforms and candidate selection frameworks.
• Experience designing workflows and operational models across business functions and international regions.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, talent development, and building high-performing teams.
• Hands-on technical capability with workflow mapping, system rules, data auditing, SOP development, technical integrations, enterprise ATS/CRM platforms, recruiting automation, and vendor management.

• User-centric design experience applied to talent acquisition systems and candidate experience.
• Advanced Greenhouse ATS configuration and optimization experience.
• Recruitment marketing, employer branding, candidate engagement, reporting, or analytics experience.
