Base salary: $150,000–$300,000 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Architect and implement structured assessment frameworks that standardize candidate evaluation and improve hiring quality.
• Partner with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, conduct data audits, and establish process governance for consistent TA operations.
• Modernize the recruiting technology stack through Greenhouse optimization, automation, reporting, and system integration troubleshooting.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing TA operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 12+ years of progressive product or operations leadership experience, including at least 5 years in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing and optimizing structured assessment platforms and candidate selection frameworks.
• Experience designing scalable workflows across business functions and international regions.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Hands-on technical capability with workflow mapping, system rules, data audits, SOPs, integrations, enterprise ATS/CRM platforms, and recruiting automation tools.

Nice to have

• User-centric design experience in talent acquisition systems and candidate experience optimization.
• Advanced Greenhouse ATS configuration and feature implementation experience.
• Recruitment marketing, employer branding, candidate engagement, reporting, or analytics experience.
