Mechanical Engineering Co-op

Location: Clarksville, Tennessee, United States. Work onsite Monday through Thursday; Friday offers flexibility to choose the work location. A $3,500 relocation/housing stipend is provided before starting.

Hourly base pay: $23.75 per hour.

What you will do

• Analyze customer use profile data to identify untapped product value.
• Lead cross-functional teams on quality and productivity initiatives.
• Support long-range architecture planning for new and existing products.
• Contribute to engineering plans for new product development programs.
• Represent the organization through community STEM programs.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a BS program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related major.
• Must be available full-time for 6–8 consecutive months, from January to August or May to December.
• Demonstrated collaboration, customer focus, prioritization, and ability to organize work efficiently.
• Demonstrated leadership through campus organizations, sports teams, resident advising, or work projects.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
