Maintenance Engineering Technician Co-Op (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain equipment to improve safety, uptime, reliability, quality, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment performance issues and develop solutions within change control requirements.
• Support equipment-related continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support equipment and facilities upgrades.
• Create maintenance work instructions, procedure manuals, and safety instructions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student eligible to participate in a university co-op program.
• Mechanical Engineering major, with expected graduation in 2027.
• Hands-on technical aptitude and experience troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading equipment-related systems.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., from January through June.
• Strong collaboration, communication, safety, quality, and adaptability skills.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
