What you will do

• Support engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Analyze technical data and develop solutions to engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, product management, and other cross-functional teams.
• Participate in product design, testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to new product development and manufacturing optimization.
• Present recommendations and project results to engineering leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, electrical, aerospace, systems, electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technology, or a related discipline.
• Graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Motivation to solve problems, learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Internship, co-op, research, project, or leadership experience.
• Experience with CAD, testing, manufacturing, data analysis, project management, or continuous improvement tools.
