Mechanical Engineering Co-Op

Location: Bedford, Massachusetts, United States; onsite lab and operational work

Salary: $20–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications

What you will do

• Design and model fixtures and test equipment using CAD software.
• Fabricate fixtures, test equipment, and prototypes.
• Perform high-tech testing under engineer supervision and collect data.
• Analyze results and prepare engineering reports.
• Manage small-scale projects and coordinate fabrication, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software.
• Understanding of general engineering practices.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and report data.
• Currently enrolled as a student in Mechanical Engineering or a related co-op program.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., from January through June.
• Must not require hirify.global immigration sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT sponsorship.
