Location: United States; remote field-based role covering CO, AK, HI, CA, WA, OR, NV, ID, and MT. Must live within the territory or within 25 miles of its boundaries. Approximately 30% travel, including air travel, overnight stays, and visits to healthcare provider offices.
Annual base salary: $139,100–$231,900, plus a 17.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Own the patient journey for consented patients from enrollment through therapy initiation and continuation.
- Assess coverage, affordability, and logistical barriers and coordinate care among patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and sites of care.
- Provide reimbursement expertise on prior authorization, step edits, coding, payer requirements, coverage pathways, hub services, and financial assistance programs.
- Develop account-level access strategies, identify systemic barriers, and optimize workflows to reduce treatment-initiation delays.
- Engage with payer organizations and facilitate communication between provider offices, payers, and patient support programs.
- Share payer and reimbursement insights with internal stakeholders and collaborate with Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing, and Patient Solutions teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical or related customer-facing experience, or 9+ years with a master's degree, BSN, or RPh.
- At least 1 year of access and reimbursement support experience and 3–5 years of specialty pharmaceutical experience.
- Strong knowledge of reimbursement, government payment systems, provider and carrier networks, copay assistance programs, and specialty policy dynamics in rare disease care.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment and following strict compliance requirements.
- Valid U.S. driver's license, compliant driving record, and permanent U.S. work authorization required. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience in endocrinology or immunoglobulin sectors.
- Experience with pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical organizations, provider or carrier networks, or government agencies.
