Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; work from home, client sites, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Contribute to consulting assignments in the energy sector, including forecasting, data analytics, market-entry studies, operational optimization, and energy transition.
• Work as a Business Analyst or PMO on client projects.
• Define and analyze client requirements for proposed solutions.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to identify optimal solutions.
• Analyze information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• Develop expertise in energy, data, and AI-related topics while taking ownership of career development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• 0–3 years of experience as a consultant; candidates with more experience may be considered at a different level.
• Strong interest in the energy sector and data- and AI-related topics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the energy sector.
• Fluent German.
