Principal - Strategy and Execution (Data & Analytics)

What you will do

• Manage client interactions and build long-term relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end consulting projects, including workstream oversight, stakeholder management, and delivery quality.
• Develop pragmatic strategies, actionable insights, change-management approaches, and value-focused business cases.
• Oversee strategic data-enabled hypotheses and advanced analysis of client, competitor, and industry data.
• Lead and coach project teams through feedback, performance evaluation, and individual development planning.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, capability building, and content development.

Requirements

• 8–11 years of consulting experience, potentially combined with relevant industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading projects, client engagements, and project teams.
• Expertise aligned with one of Adaptfy’s practice areas and strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong management, communication, stakeholder-influencing, and client-relationship skills.
• Experience developing business models, analytical frameworks, and long-term business strategies.
• Fluent English required. Dutch is a plus.
