Associate Consultant - Automation (AI)

What you will do

• Support hirify.global SCE implementation tasks under the guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers.
• Participate in orientation and analysis sessions by asking questions and documenting requirements.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation, issue logging, and deliverable preparation.
• Log and track customer issues in Salesforce with accurate reproduction steps and supporting artifacts.
• Follow standardized implementation playbooks and contribute to team knowledge-base and process improvements.
• Communicate progress and blockers while building professional relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• College graduate or equivalent, with a relevant degree such as Industrial Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or Supply Chain.
• Foundational software skills in configuration, basic integrations, and system troubleshooting.
• Demonstrable experience using AI productivity tools such as Copilot, AVA, Gemini, or Claude for documentation and analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work under close supervision, follow established processes, communicate clearly, and apply feedback.

Nice to have

• Internship or early experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of an additional language.
