What you will do

• Support SCE implementation tasks under the guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers.
• Participate in orientation and analysis sessions to document customer requirements.
• Use AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to accelerate documentation and deliverable preparation.
• Log and track customer issues in Salesforce with accurate steps and artifacts for swift resolution.
• Follow standardized implementation playbooks and contribute to the improvement of team assets.

Requirements

• College degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or Supply Chain.
• Foundational software skills in configuration, basic integrations, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with AI productivity tools to support analysis and documentation.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Must be located in Rotterdam.

Nice to have

• Internships or early experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
