What you will do
- Assess digital, customer experience, and organisational maturity, then analyse business challenges, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Define transformation visions, strategic objectives, operating models, and differentiated strategies based on competitive benchmarking.
- Lead customer experience transformation from research through journey mapping, service blueprints, and future-state omnichannel experiences.
- Facilitate product discovery and bridge business, customer, and technology needs.
- Lead consulting engagements end to end, managing multidisciplinary teams, quality, budgets, risks, and executive presentations.
- Shape proposals and win strategies, develop account growth opportunities, orchestrate service lines, and mentor consultants and project teams.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business, engineering, design, marketing, digital, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, customer experience, or product strategy.
- Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes and contributing to proposals, business development, or account growth.
- Strong collaboration experience with digital and product teams, including engagement with executive stakeholders.
- Experience working in international and multidisciplinary environments.
- Fluent English is required as the working language.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Dutch or French alongside English.
- German language skills.
