What you will do

• Gather requirements for new BMS functionalities and communicate them to the Scrum team.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Work with Product Owners, stakeholders, project teams, and suppliers to understand, prioritize, and plan incoming work.
• Support change risk assessments, security issue handling, and incoming BMS application tickets.
• Manage and coordinate changes across building management projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Business Developer in software development for Facility Management or Building Management Systems.
• Experience with BMS domains such as HVAC, lighting, security cameras, networking, cooling and air conditioning, or physical building access.
• Experience gathering requirements and working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, attention to detail, critical thinking, and a pragmatic approach.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong stakeholder management, adaptability, listening, and cultural awareness skills.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills.
